Good Energy

Despite offering their customers 100% green energy, Good Energy don't invest in building new renewables. They say:

"Being a supply company we don't build renewable generation sites but instead concentrate on building the demand for renewable electricity by increasing our customer base and therefore creating a market for generators and installers to develop new generation sites."

They have bought certain pre-existing renewable assets, including the Delabole wind farm, and their parent company - Monkton Group PLC - has claimed that they will repower Delabole in the near future. Sound familiar? Yes, this was their position last year as well...
